P&G Seeks Buyers For Its Juice Businesses

Procter & Gamble (P&G), Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a buyer for its Sunny Delight and Punica brands as it looks to exit the juice drink business, which has long been a disappointment for the consumer products company. P&G, which also makes Tide laundry detergent, Crest toothpaste and nearly 300 other consumer products, said it seeking offers for the juice businesses and has hired Goldman Sachs as adviser. Sunny Delight and Punica together have annual sales of about $500 million.
